OUR SERVICES
A Touch of Care LLC provides compassionate Occupational and Physical Therapy services across West Tennessee. We offer in-person, virtual, and consultation-based care through Medicare Part B, Medicaid (DDA), and Private Pay, helping individuals improve independence, mobility, and quality of life while supporting families and caregivers with education and guidance.
Our Services
-
Our licensed Occupational and Physical Therapists provide consultation services to guide families and caregivers with expert advice, education, and strategies for supporting daily function, mobility, and safety. These sessions are designed to share professional insight and recommendations but do not replace a full therapy evaluation or physician-directed care.
-
A private occupational therapy session focuses on helping individuals improve their ability to perform daily activities safely and independently. Sessions may include training in self-care skills, home safety strategies, adaptive equipment use, and techniques to build strength, coordination, and confidence in meaningful tasks. Each plan is personalized to support functional goals at home and in the community.
-
A private physical therapy session is designed to improve movement, strength, balance, and overall physical function. Sessions may include targeted exercises, mobility training, pain management strategies, and guidance on safe use of equipment to support independence. Each treatment plan is individualized to enhance quality of life and promote safety at home and in the community.
-
We provide Occupational and Physical Therapy under Medicare Part B, offering skilled therapy to help clients maintain independence, improve mobility, and safely participate in daily life. All services are delivered by licensed therapists in coordination with your healthcare provider to ensure comprehensive, person-centered care.
-
Through Medicaid’s Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA), we provide Occupational and Physical Therapy to support individuals in building skills, promoting independence, and safely engaging in their homes and communities. Our therapists collaborate closely with ISC companies, caregivers, and families to ensure coordinated, person-centered care.
